Check in time is 3.00 pm and checkout time is 12.00 noon Minimum stay for 5 nights (mandatory nights). For all stays overlapping during Christmas & New Year's Eve, no checkouts permitted on Dec.25 or 31, 2007. Name changes for any booking shall not be accepted.10% Luxury tax will be extra & not included in the rate. All reservations require credit card guarantee at the time of booking. We shall authorize your card credit to confirm the booking. If cancellation is made 45 days or less, prior to the guest's arrival, 100% of the amount will be charged as retention. If cancellation is made between 45 to 60 days prior to the guest's arrival, 50% of the payment received will be charged as retention. In case of no show, 100% retention shall be charged. No refund will be applicable. Kindly inform in advance of late check in beyond 6 pm. Any changes in the tax structure, additional to existing tax, will be levied as applicable.
