The resort comprises several individual cottages or houses and the guests have the option of choosing modern or traditional houses for accommodation. While the modernl houses are built of stone and sport soaring roofs, the traditional ones comprise Kerala wooden residences- �tharawads�, reassembled here as cottages. These houses face the sea, and each of them are equipped with open air bathroom-cum-toilets or 'bath gardens' protected by the slopes on all sides, and a private open-air cafeteria.

The in-house restaurant �The Octopus�, specializes in exotic sea-food, and you can relish virtually anything from lobsters and tiger prawns to octopus and shark while here.
A wide range of Kerala delicacies (vegetables and fish) are also served for the guests on plantain leaves. This restaurant is semi-circular in shape and can accommodate up to 40 people at a time.
